Applications, Permits & Guides
On this page you will find the information and forms necessary to make an application for development to the Phoenix Community & Economic Development Department. Completed forms may be mailed to Phoenix Community & Economic Development, PO Box 330, Phoenix, OR 97535. Applications may also be submitted in person at Phoenix City Hall, 220 N. Main Street, Phoenix, OR 97535. All hard copy applications should be unstapled and include full payment by check or include a phone number that staff can call for credit card payment over the phone. Applications can also be submitted electronically via email to: planning@phoenixoregon.gov. Once accepted, all land use applications are available to view on the Oregon E-Permit website.
