Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the City.  Primary functions include overseeing the annual audit and preparation of the annual budget, and ongoing monitoring of budget compliance throughout the year.

Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, debt management and purchasing are handled by this department.

The Finance Department oversees the utility billing operations and transient lodging tax programs.
