Scott Clauson - Council Vice-President

Scott grew up in Southern Oregon and graduated from North Medford High School. He went on to earn a BA degree from Southern Oregon University. Scott started his career with the Medford Police Department in 1995. He worked a variety of positions within the department such as Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer, Financial Crimes Detective and spent the last half of his career in management positions. Scott was selected to the the Chief of Police for Medford in 2019. He retired in 2022, after 27 years of service and is now a local Financial Advisor.
