Angie Vermillion - Council President

Angie Vermillion was born and raised in Southern Oregon, an alumna of Phoenix High School and is a 4th generation Southern Oregonian. She owns and operates a small business in Phoenix and has been an educator in her field locally and on the West Coast for many years.

She married Jim Vermillion in 1989 and they moved to Talent Oregon, together they raised a son Jesse, and a daughter Jamie, they also attended and graduated Phoenix High. They are blessed with a Grandchild who supplies them with much joy. They moved from Talent to Phoenix, Oregon in 2005.

Angie graduated from Pacific College of Art and Design and later Oregon Institute of Cosmetology, in which she had small courses in business management. She has a passion for working with people, improving our community and our city economically and visually, while improving on an inviting small-town atmosphere.
