Water Service Concerns

The City has been informed through social media that there have been some water pressure issues throughout different locations in the city limits and other unincorporated urban areas served by the City of Phoenix. Public Works has evaluated pressure in a number of locations throughout the water system and has been unable to locate any deficiencies.  As of September 20, 2024 neither City Hall or Public Works have received any direct complaints regarding these issues. The City takes service interruptions or water supply issues very seriously.  If you are experiencing a water service related issue, PLEASE call Public Works at 541-535-2226 Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. If it is an after hour emergency, please call 541-944-0168 or 541-621-9161.
