Water Billing Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Over the course of the past few weeks, the city has received a number of questions regarding water bills, rates and late fees.  The city has been reaching out individually to customers that call or email questions and as a way to provide all customers with the same information, the city has developed a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).  The FAQ page provides answers to these recent questions and is being updated regularly.  The FAQ page can be accessed by using the following link:
