Hazardous Weather
In preparation for potential heavy rain, the City of Phoenix has prepared a number of sandbags for residents should the storm materialize in the area. Additional sandbags and sand will also be available if needed. Sandbags can be picked up at Public Works, located at 1000 S. B Street by calling the Public Works on call number at 541-944-0168 . In an effort to conserve bags for residents with immediate needs, we ask that residents take no more than 10 filled bags. Should additional bags be needed, sand and sandbags are available for residents to self-serve. If you have any questions, please contact Chris Stephenson at 541-621-9161.
