Otto Caster Park is approximately half an acre in size.

The City of Phoenix applied for and received a $27,960 Oregon Parks and Recreation Local Government Grant for new playground equipment, picnic benches and a new drinking fountain at Otto Caster Park. Work began in the fall of 2011 and was completed by the spring of 2012.
