NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Phoenix, Jackson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, will be held at the Civic Center located at 220 N. Main Street, Phoenix, Oregon.  The meeting will take place on May 13, 2025, at 6:00 pm in-person and online through a virtual meeting link. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 29, 2025 at City Hall located at 112 W. 2^nd Street, Phoenix, Oregon, between the hours of

8 a.m. – Noon and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. or online at the City website.  The meeting agenda and budget calendar may be viewed at www.phoenixoregon.gov.
