The first thing you will need to do is check our event calendar to view if your date is available to reserve. If your date is available, complete the online application through our website. Depending on if you are serving alcohol, you may need supplemental documents such as liability insurance coverage, OLCC licenses, and if you are a non-profit, you will need to provide non-profit certification. Through the online application, you will be able to complete your 50% deposit. Once submitted, the City Recorder will be in reaching out to confirm you are on our event calendar. The remaining 50% of your total event costs can be paid within 30 days leading up to your event.
