Water Service Interruption – November 17, 2024

This notice is to inform residents of the Charlotte Anne Water District that at approximately 12:30PM on Sunday, November 17, 2024, the City of Phoenix received notice of a water leak in the Charlotte Anne Water District mainline.   During this time, some residents in the Charlotte Anne Water District may experience low water pressure or may be without water service while repairs are being made.  At this time we do not have an estimated time for repair, but will continually update the website as more information is available.

Public Works is aware of the leak and is currently working to repair and restore service as quickly as possible.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to restore service.
